• Standard day rate: €4,350 per team per day

• Preparation fee: €1,450 per preparation day (depending on scope)

Payment Terms (Direct Payment)

1. 30% deposit upon registration
   • Paid directly to Maison Tricot
   • Reserves the participant’s place
   • Deducted from the final invoice

2. 70% final payment
   • Due 14 days before the start of the masterclass
   • Paid via standard invoice
   • For EU companies: VAT reverse charge applies
   • For non-EU companies: VAT rules depend on jurisdiction

Cancellation Terms (Direct Payment)

1. Cancellation by the participant/company
   • More than 45 days before the start: full refund of the 30% deposit
   • 45–21 days before the start: 30% cancellation fee (equal to deposit)
   • Less than 21 days before the start: 100% cancellation fee

2. Participant substitution
   Free replacement up to 48 hours before the start.

3. No-show
   No-show = 100% fee.

4. Cancellation by Maison Tricot
   Maison Tricot will refund the deposit in full or reschedule the course at no additional cost.
